Great service at UniverCell in South Winnipeg (Bridgewater). Yusuf took excellent care of my daughter’s iPad and fixed it within the promised time. Very professional work and the price was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend this place for phone repairs, mobile devices, and accessories.
I had the battery on my iPhone 12 replaced. First they gave me a used battery, but reduced the price so I okayed it. Then what was supposed to take a couple of hours took at least twice as long. Apparently the only guy that could replace the battery wasn't there even though I told them when I would be coming in. When my phone was finally ready I was told that the Otterbox case I had would not protect my screen properly. I have always used Otterbox cases and drop my phone all the time with no incident. But they gave me a free case that they said would protect the screen. The battery performed only minimally better than my previous one. And the first time I dropped my phone with the new case my screen had a pink line along the left side of the screen. Annoying, but the phone still worked, except for the screen sometimes going black and it needing a few extra taps for it to come back on. Now my bad; I should have switched it back to my old Otterbox case, but I didn't. Last night while taking pictures of the Northern Lights, my dog tugged on the leash and I dropped my phone. The case that they insisted on me taking broke in 4 places and my screen became half obliterated and unresponsive to touch. I tried a forced restart and charging, but the screen is now completely black and unresponsive. I cannot recommend this business at all. (Oh yeah and when I opened my camera roll when I picked up my phone there were 3 pictures of one of the employees on it which was kind of creepy)
Service here was amazing and they had my phone glass and battery replaced super fast. I would definitely come back here for any other electronic repairs. Very good prices too!
The customer service has been really great and got my cell phone fixed in a couple of hours. Great quality and good service for tha parts .
I called looking to get my phone screen replaced after it broke unexpectedly over the long weekend. They were able to get it done the same day! Even had a privacy screen protector for my phone. Gave me options for a new screen and some good advice about getting my phone case replaced under the manufacturer's warranty. Everything was done super quick. Paid a lot, but quality work done quickly is worth it. 10/10 would bring my phone to again. I think my phone looks better than before.
