Very quick and very polite love to file my tax from them
Unhelpful, slow, no communication. When asked a question, made to feel I was an inconvenience. So expensive for a service that has so many free and/or cheaper services available. Will definitely not be going back and don't recommend anyone to go here
This was our second year getting our taxes done here. The office staff are super nice and they do a great job. They set up our estimated payments and make everything so easy that I will never go back to doing my own taxes. We had to wait a bit as it is first come first serve, but we did wait till close to the deadline so that’s to be expected. There are lots of places close by where you can grab something to eat or a coffee while you wait.
30th year of Universal Tax doing my returns and have never had a problem. Fair prices and a quick and painless process, I will be back!
This is definitely my worst experience in Ohio. They did my tax return in March. Though all my information was provided, including my visa, passport and so on, they mistakenly treated my case as a US citizen. I'm not a expert in tax return so I needed their help. To fix this error, it took me more than 2 months. Every time I called them, I got reply like "Oh your case is under high priority blablabla...". BUT! They fixed it only when I went on site in person in May. Come on! If you are NOT working on it, you don't need to lie to me. I was so tired about it and I even went for legal services to inquire how the case could be fixed. Honesty is important. Maybe they treat US citizens well. If you are not, Plz DO NOT GO TO THIS SITE!
