I’m not one for doing reviews, but this year 2025 I want to do better because reviews can help build businesses. So let’s talk about how this business has helped my business. I first met Kesha Years before I knew she prepared taxes she purchased a shirt for me and then full circle. I’m looking for a tax preparer and I’m referred to her and her business. When I tell you, she took the time to go through my taxes with the fine tooth comb make sure I maximize every benefit And I’ve received the biggest tax return that I’ve seen ever. Kesha gave me great advice on how to scale my business and most of all, not all of us have money to pay upfront to get our taxes done so to have the option of taking payment after you get taxes, if you don’t owe anything was the ultimate benefit for me. She went even went further as to give me sound advice on how to simplify some things in my business, which help me scale and hit goals, I couldn’t imagine. Kesha is kind, professional and very knowledgeable about the tax laws and procedures. I’m now a returning customer and have found my tax team for life.

Ke'sha from Upscale Tax Professionals EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!!! I found her on Yelp and gave her a call after work one day, and when she answered the phone I knew I would be doing business with her. Firstly, she answered my phone call after business hours... and I was expecting to leave a Voicemail. Secondly, she has great customer service skills and took her time explaining and answering every question I had. And Thirdly, she doesn't waste time and she gets things done FAST.. in a timely manner FOR SURE. If you need an effective and timely tax preparer I'm encouraging you to give Ke'sha a call. I Will definitely be keeping in contact with her to start on financial planning and inheritance planning for my sons in the very near future! Thanks Ke'sha ❤️

Upscale Tax professionals is one of the best Tax professional companies you’ll ever come across .Miss Ke’shia is very helpful patient and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of . She’s great at explaining how taxes are calculated and handled removing any unnecessary hassle you’re in good hands! Never had any issues with the process well taken care she is very great a communicating effectively also great at follow up with any questions.

Kesha at Upscale Tax Professional did a great job of with filing my taxes, along with answering any questions I had. She helped me make appropriate choices with filing and did it all in a timely manner. She is very professional and explained everything in detail, along with answering any other questions and additional assistance I needed.
