From the get go, Lilac was a breath of fresh air for us. She has the most amazing personality, so bubbly, easy going and always so happy. Nothing was ever a problem for her. Lilac and her team did all our wedding planning, styling, stationery and on the day coordination and they excelled magnificently in every aspect. We were SO grateful to have them on board. Especially the on the day coordination. We can confidently say Lilac was our lifesaver, trusting her to make all our decisions. She made sure the whole day went smoothly and with no hiccups. I had my destination wedding in Sydney, and planning it from abroad was quite a challenge. Fortunately, I found Lilac from Upside Down Events, who has been incredibly dedicated over the past year. She helped us find the perfect venue and meticulously planned every detail, from coordinating with other vendors to designing the venue layout. As both our Wedding Planner and Florist, Lilac made my dream day a reality, exceeding all my expectations. Typically, you might think that someone very organized wouldn’t have strong artistic skills, but Lilac clearly possesses both qualities. You can trust her organizational abilities while also being confident in her aesthetic sense. Lilac was a dream come true! right from our first meeting she took the time to understand my vision. She took the time to get to know us as a couple and asked questions that I know helped her to execute our wedding styling perfectly. I still remember being in awe when i saw our ceremony and reception space on the day. Throughout the entire planning process and the day I didn't have to think about anything because I had so much trust her in her. I loved that Lilac delivered my bouquet and we were able to chat, we also had lovely interactions when she was packing down and setting up for our venues. she is such a welcoming presence and super supportive. We received so many compliments and I know our family who did interact with her on day loved her. Hubby and I still talk about it 6 months on. if we had more events to plan we would go to lilac without hesitation.
