My experience at this location of Urgent Care turned a really bad day into a slightly better day, thanks to the care of NP Abby. I was in and out of the facility quickly, I was met with empathy and a listening ear, and I felt understood. Thank you, Abby, for your amazing care and your big heart. I truly admire your approach to your profession - you made a huge impact. Shout out to the friendly staff at check-in as well!
Extremely disappointing. PA Kerry Scott demonstrated a complete lack of bedside manner and gave me roughly 30 seconds of attention. I also overheard her raise her voice at another patient before abruptly leaving, which was upsetting to see, especially since the patient was visibly distressed in his car afterwards. I am a long-time supporter of UR Medicine, but due to this unacceptable treatment, I will not be returning to this facility. These patients deserve far better care and respect. Even some human decency goes a long ways too.
I had an excellent experience with provider Roberto Martinez. He was incredibly compassionate, validating, and genuinely took the time to listen and help. Healthcare can be such a challenging field, and his kindness, concern, and professionalism truly stood out. I’m very grateful for the exceptional care he provided.
I went to urgent care tonight because my son had a high fever and wasn’t feeling well all day. I mistakenly thought they closed at 9, but when I arrived at 8:15 the doors were already locked since they close at 8. I understand it was after hours, but I was disappointed to see two staff members at the front laughing and staring at me instead of offering any help or understanding. It felt unprofessional and made an already stressful situation worse, especially while I was worried about my son’s health.
I had an exceptional experience under the care of Katie. From the moment I arrived, they demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and a clear commitment to patient well-being. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Their ability to communicate with medical staff was seamless. I truly appreciated their dedication and would highly recommend Nurse Katie to anyone seeking excellent care
