Great place for kids and families. We visited on the weekend and had a really good experience. The place is clean, well organized, and full of fun activities for kids of all ages. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was energetic and enjoyable. It’s a great option for birthdays, family time, or just letting kids have fun and burn some energy. We’ll definitely come back.
We celebrated my son’s 10th birthday at Urban Air Adventure Park, and it was an absolute hit! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, organized, and so much fun for the kids. The birthday package included a private party room, which was perfect for our group. Having our own space to eat, open gifts, and take a breather from all the excitement made a huge difference. Our party rep was amazing… super friendly, attentive, and kept everything running right on schedule. They handled serving the pizza, drinks, and cleanup, which allowed me to actually enjoy the celebration instead of stressing about logistics. We brought our own cake, which was super easy, and they even helped with setup and candles. The private room was ours for a couple of hours, but the best part was that the kids could stay and play in the park until closing time. Urban Air truly has something for everyone trampolines, climbing walls, obstacle courses, and plenty of open space for kids to burn off energy. The facility was clean, safe, and well-staffed, and you could tell the kids were having the time of their lives. Overall, I’d highly recommend Urban Air for a birthday party. It’s fun, affordable, and completely worth the money for the memories alone. My son and his friends are still talking about it and I have to admit, even the adults had a blast watching them have such a great time!
We had such a wonderful experience at my daughter’s birthday party! Emma greeted us at the entrance and stayed with us the entire time. She handled everything like a true professional, with so much kindness and patience, and took care of every little detail with a smile. The manager (sorry, I can’t remember her name) also introduced herself and was very kind, helping us upgrade the party package. The table setup looked amazing, and the kids had an absolute blast, many of them said it was the best party ever!
Highly recommend! We took our middle child and some of her friends for her birthday. Everything from customer service, to the games, to the food, everything was wonderful! My husband was impressed with the amount of all there is to do. My youngest love the slides and area for the younger kids, the zipline and go-karts were great for the older ones, and my husband and I played right along side them all. This is the best trampoline park I’ve been to and I’ve been to another one in the area and one a little further out. This is hands down the best. Worth the cost.
A huge adventure park with many different activities. They have great package deals for tickets at door. There's a lot people here but everyone was respectful and montoring their kids. The staff was very attentive to the guests and followed safety protocols to ensure that everyone was safe at each attraction. The bathrooms was unkempt and needs more attending to but everything else was great!
