The kids loved it and enjoyed them selves a few things were closed and the sanitizing could be stepped up but the staff was great and have great customer service !!!
My kids love this place ! They are entertained and having fun for at least 3 or 4 hours every time we come. I say on the massage chair for 30 minutes too that was fun for me.
Birthday bash for my son in PSL with close friends was great. We had a birthday party here in one of the rooms and had an attendant Kyra who helped us setup and take care of us during the party. There for our needs. My son had a very small group of friends which made the party more fun. We enjoyed our 4 hr stay here. We paid for platinum abd it was great to take advantage of all the attractions. We will definitely be back!
So much fun for all ages! 🎉 Tons of attractions like trampolines, go-karts, VR, and laser tag. Great spot for kids’ birthday. The kids had a blast! Prices are a bit high, but worth it for the experience. 😊
Been here 3 hours, spent close to $300, and I’m leaving with a bad taste—literally and figuratively. Took 4 kids, bought Platinum passes, food, drinks, and extras. The café couldn’t provide receipts unless you go hunt down a manager or request them by email. Staff are manually keying in full credit card numbers and requesting ZIP codes out loud, which is wildly unsafe. Two of the kids were pulled off the trampolines because their grip socks weren’t “Urban Air” branded—even though they were proper trampoline socks. We were forced to buy new ones mid-visit. Ordered a family pizza meal with 12 BBQ wings and fries. Got 6 honey wings and half a fries. After waiting 25+ minutes, only more fries came—no wings. When I brought it up, Stephanie the manager decided to argue instead of making it right. My kid never got to eat the wings, and Stephanie could have fixed it all with a little decency and accountability. But she preferred to be self-righteous instead. To top it off, both urinals in the men’s bathroom were out of order, and the mail toilet and floor was covered in urine and used tissue paper. Clearly, they don’t care about maintaining a clean or safe environment for children. Disorganized, rude, and a total letdown for the money. Won’t be returning. Go to jump instead!
