If I could give this place zero stars due to staff attitude i would. A female member of staff, I believe who is of a senior level told my daughter not to try on a jacket on the shopfloor as people didn't put them back right!!! This really upset my daughter who is already socially anxious. Bad behaviour to target a child in the first place, I was there so I witnessed it. Zero customer care skills and not a policy according to the manager who i spoke to afterwards. Shop was not busy and close to closing time so no excuse at all. Clearly no people skills and should not be in retail.

Feel so bad for the staff there. They all come across brilliantly. However I’ve been appalled at the service by any manager in this store. The blonde girl is very rude and dismissive and talks to you with a loud unpleasant tone of voice. The tall brunette woman manager aswell seems to float around and knows nothing by the looks of it but I have witnessed them all speak to the staff horribly. So beware. Great shop though and the sales assistants are always so pleasant. The managers just seem like airheads

genuine horrible customer service & rudeness when i visited from multiple members off staff but particularly this one blonde american lady i’m not one to ever leave a bad review but most of the staff here are so rude that i genuinely refuse to step into store again if my friends suggest shopping there staff training is definitely needed !!! this is such a shame as i used to be an avid uo shopper :(

This store is distinguished by many casual models that satisfy all ages, especially teenagers. I visited it today and it is currently on sale. I bought my daughter a leather jacket, unfortunately it was not included in the sale 😂. Its prices are good for the quality of the parts it have. 👍🏻
