I was in town on business and needed to get my gel removed. The nail tech was excellent. I had such a great experience I schedule a massage for the following day and the masseuse was spectacular. She was very skilled and kind. Overall, I highly recommend Urbane. I will be back again and be sure to make an appt.
Alyssa was amazing!! So kind and fun to talk to!! And by FAR the BEST lash lift I have ever gotten! I highly recommend! And Alice as fantastic and gave me the most wonderful haircut and gloss!!! Also highly recommend her! :) I always love seeing Alice and chatting with her, she is so great. 1000/10 experience all around!
I was gifted a full spa day last year, which was just an amazing experience in itself. So, I already knew the ambience was on point at Urbane. It was an awesome experience from start to finish. I was warmly greeted and offered water while I waited. The massage was exactly what I needed to relax before my facial. I absolutely loved the essential oils and Aveda products that were used. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit!
Alice at urbane is amazing!!! Hands down the best stylist I’ve had since moving to NE in 2013. She took my inspo photo and absolutely nailed ittt even better than I imagined. She instantly understood my vision, was attentive and caring from start to finish, and made the appointment fly by. She also gave me great product tips, and my hair felt healthier leaving than when I walked in. The bright highlights with copper-strawberry lowlights are absolutely stunning and one of my fav hair colors I've done in awhile now and I got a few compliments on my date night! Thanks again Alice!!! 😊
