I took my son to urgent care due to a bad cough. Stepped away to go to the bathroom and his name was called. Came back from the restroom and was told by another patient my kid’s name was called. I then walked up to the nurse to let her know that we are here and she told me with a demeaning voice that it wasn’t his turn. I proceeded to let her know that his name was called before she steps out into the lobby. She then told me, again with a demeaning voice “it was his turn but not anymore.” She turned her back at me then walked away. Wow! That’s the type of care one shouldn’t get from a healthcare provider. Especially when we are sitting in the lobby patiently waiting our turn.
I have never visited an urgent care. I live in Denver, visiting family in Herriman when I experienced my health issue. When I arrived, Alicia quickly, checked me in, she is extremely pleasant, very professional and made me feel very at ease. I went back to the urgent care waiting area and was quickly greeted by Kelsi, again, made me feel very comfortable, took my vitals and explained what was about to happen. Next was Tawni, what a pro! Explained what they were going to do, what my expectations should be, recommended an injection and a prescription. Kelsi, then administered the injection and we were on our way with a prescription from your pharmacy. I have heard horror stories about visits to ER and urgent cares, my visit could not have been any more pleasant. Thank you for all you do and please give my thanks to the three wonderful ladies that worked with me. Thanks again.
Everyone- from the front desk, the nurse, the doctor and even the pharmacists were so kind patient and helpful. This was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. This will be the new place I go everytime! The facility felt very clean and sterile. Great experience even when dealing with g with health concerns
The entire staff were so easy to work with. Our check-in wait was reasonable. Our urgent care provider Dr Dihn was extremely knowledgable. His assessment and treatment plan was thorough and spot on Even suggested an EKG. The test was well needed. It revealed an important finding. Can’t praise this urgent care staff enough. Thank you for your services for my husband!
Nurse Janie Cagel was exceptionally kind, concerned, and thorough. She was a very compassionate individual who made certain I understood everything that was going on. I do not speak English and am from Thailand so this was especially meaningful to me.
