My partner and I recently went for the Every Couple's Escape package and it was as incredible as the last time we visited a few years ago. We both went with the 30-minute foot massage to start with and then I went with the 1-hour hot stone massage ($10 extra) and 1-hour facial, while my partner went with a 1-hour relaxation massage and 1-hour body scrub. The ladies who looked after us (Connie and Yuko) were so welcoming, attentive and looked after us very well and we felt very relaxed and well-rested afterwards.
We had a wonderful time at the V Hotel Spa with Nok and Kim. We experienced the Gracious Glow and Refresh & Revitalise package, and after 2.5 hours it felt like we had woken up from a dream, as if we’d been touched by angels. Both ladies were incredibly professional, warm, and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and kept warm throughout the experience. I would genuinely fly back to Melbourne just to experience this again.
Great experience! I got the full package with facial massage, food spa, and body treatments. It was worth ever penny. Jasmine was amazing.
It was ok. I very much appreciate a highly experienced therapist who can get into my muscles and release tension, which is what I was assured would happen. The therapist required a lot of direction, went too hard without warming the muscles up first and wasted a bit of time rubbing oil on my skin instead of massaging. I've had worse but I wouldn't go back. The therapist did her best but I wonder where they're trained. I should've waited until I got home and just went to my regular masseuse. ***Also noting the below response, yes I was late. And as I arrived I mentioned that I expected my session time to be cut short. I do appreciate you accommodating this and allowing me to stay for the duration of my planned visit but that doesn't negate the sub par massage.
I recently had the From Here to Eternity 4.5hr package as a treat for my birthday. It was so relaxing and I loved every minute. From the minute I arrived I felt taken care of and everything was explained well. I had Alex doing all my treatments and she was an absolute star. Kind, helpful, non-judgmental when I needed something and willing to change pressure when needed. She would check in on me a few times at the beginning of each treatment then let me relax and enjoy for the rest. I loved the whole day and the only reason I gave it a four star instead of a five is that would be wonderful to have a couple of larger size robes to select. Overall I’d highly recommend. Thank you to the staff but especially Alex for looking after me so gently.
