We hired them to do an inspection before closing on a house. Jamie was prompt, professional, and thorough. She detected termite damage that we were then able to resolve before moving into the home. She's also very nice! I highly recommend.

Valley Pest control have helped us greatly! We had a termite infestation that was a little problematic and hard to figure out the source. They treated us twice—the second time free of charge—and we are now termite-free!! Their technicians are also great people who you don’t worry about having in your house. Today Valley Termite and Pest Control rescued me within an hour of calling they got three squirrels out of my roof soffit. Cindi Nose animals so well! I applaud their responsiveness and ease to control my anxiety. I’ve gotten general press Pest Control Serviced from Mike and Destiny Regularly and I never see any bugs inside my home. Highly recommend this family! Tammy then found termite shelter tubes at a house of mine today in Springboro so their crew was all over it.

Cindy was our service provider for our initial treatment. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, adaptable, and attentive. She walked all through our home and took each concern serious. I can tell she absolutely knew her job as she looked around in crevices making sure to treat each area completely. I was truly impressed with her. Love her and would have given her higher than 5 stars if that were available. Absolutely happy and so thankful I chose this company to take care of our home.
