Very pushy. I wanted to buy a cross pendant for my child. The salesman who assisted me was helpful at first, showing me options for both pendant and chain. I picked a pendant and after looking at 2 chains decided, I only wanted to purchase the pendant. Instead of selling me the pendant, the salesman shows me 3 more chains, each time I tell him that I’m only interested in the pendant. He then shows me a 4th chain, and despite wanting to purchase the pendant, I walked away. I don’t know who would have time to play this game with a business. I know now to buy any jewelry online to avoid pushy sales people.
Aleem was incredible during our engagement ring shopping experience at Valiani. He was knowledgeable patient and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect ring rather than rushing a sale. He took the time to explain every detail answered all of our questions and made the entire process feel comfortable and exciting. Took my watch in to have the band adjusted and a new battery installed. The work was done quickly while I waited and the staff was very nice. The price was good too; they charged less than half of what the watch repair shop next-door was going to charge.
