Do not come here! A total scam of a business. This is the second time my oil change has not lasted 3 months or 3k miles. They claim my car hasn’t gotten an oil change since June. Not possible because the sticker automatically prints out. They don’t fill your car up intentionally. He offered zero customer service and then had the audacity to ask me to pay for another oil change. Go somewhere else.
Laura is such a kind soul! Showed me the coupon for $7 off my oil change and didn’t pressure me to get anything crazy or unneeded for my car! Thank God for them. Nicest experience I’ve ever had at a Valvoline.
Review of service only as the staff was very friendly and I don't want to knock them. I came in for an oil change and they upsold me on a tire rotation. They had to remove my hubcaps to do the rotation. That's fine but clearly they weren't reattached properly as one came off and was lost on my drive home (they're clipped on, not bolted or screwed on). I also arrived home with a flat tire and had to take my car in to a mechanic, who found that the valve was loose, not a nail or puncture. When I called customer service, they offered me 50% off my next service. Frankly, I don't think I'll be coming back to Valvoline. They ultimately refunded me the cost of the tire rotation ($40) but not the cost of the oil change as I'd used a Groupon. Unfortunately a new hubcap is going to cost $80-$100 so...not ideal. They also couldn't refund my credit card. They wanted my bank information to send a wire transfer (no) or could mail a check. Never heard of such a thing.
