My experience has always been 100% top notch! Everyone is friendly welcoming, and all the equipment is amazing! Excited to be able to be in studio flow and studio Red classes!
I love the people at this gym. Front desk staff are awesome and Diana is the BEST yoga instructor. However, this gym lacks in maintenance of equipment, and cleanliness. New equipment such as an Airdyne is purchased for the general public but then just moved into their Studio Red to be used sparingly. It’s a poor gym model.
I love this gym! I’ve been training with John Baylon for about a year now and can’t say enough about what it’s done for me. I’m a “senior” and, without John’s guidance, I wouldn’t have believed in myself enough to accomplish the things that I have. He’s never once made me feel old or “less than”. He’s engaged and knowledgeable, and it’s obvious that he really cares about his clients. I’ve taken his Studio Red and Studio Lift classes and he keeps the classes challenging but super fun. I also want to mention Lex. I’ve taken her Red class and she does a great job, is warm and welcoming. This gym has started to feel like home, and it’s because of these wonderful people!
I absolutely love taking studio red, studio lyft, and flow classes with Alayna, John, Claire, and Galina. However, it is not ideal that the studio red room does not have a mirror wall. While working out, I aim to work on my form to make sure I am doing the workout correctly. And the best way to look at my form is by looking at myself in the mirror. Currently, the studio red room has a completely empty wall that would serve perfectly for a mirrored wall. Outside of this complaint, the gym and staff are amazing. I am especially looking forward to new treadmills and update of the sauna happening at the gym.
This place is a great fitness center to get my workout done. The gym is huge and spacious with a lot of equipments. We have personal training sessions with John and he is amazing. He always pushes our limits and boundaries to try harder and reach new goals. Moreover, he is also very knowledgeable about nutrition and diet. He carries attentive and fun personalities too. We also take a studio red and studio lift classes with John and Lex, both are great instructors. We look forward to coming to the fitness center every day and taking classes with these great instructors. We have great experience every day.
