Only 4 out of 11 stair climbers were working when I showed up today. Combined with 1/2 pec decks out of service, too few benches, and an oversold membership list, don’t waste your money on Vasa for your New Year’s resolution. If you can find an available machine, it’s only a matter of time before an Instagram fitness “influencer” camps out passive aggressively until you move on to another machine (which you’re lucky to even find). I’ve been here at 5am, 10am, 4pm, and anytime thereafter. There are no “off times” only constant peak hours resulting from greedy ownership. Don’t be fooled by the low signup cost or monthly fee either. The whole business model is getting you in the door with a cheap membership fee and then upselling amenities, class packages, overpriced supplements, and personal training. If you have a trainer you like that works here, go for it. Otherwise? Just stick to Planet Fitness or even better, Crunch. Management/ ownership clearly doesn’t seem to care. Just take a look at the canned responses to every negative review. UPDATE 1/20/26: Got here this afternoon to find that as has been typical for a month, not a single treadmill was free unless it was broken down (as more are daily). All stairclimbers broken or taken as well. No sanitizer wipes in the first two dispensers I tried and machines left disgusting. Reminder that Planet Fitness and Crunch are cheaper, cleaner, and considerably nicer.

(edit, the steam room is back open but the south location is now down for 2 months now is this a trend? And the hot dry sauna still smells, they remodeled the steam room but still has puddle problems) Since the steam room has been down over a week and when it's back up and running it doesn't stay working very long for the Three years I've been coming here, so I think this picture should stay. The dry sauna smells horrid. The pool is always dirty too and takes way too long to clean. Once there was no hot water for weeks. It's the only location having these issues.

Signed up recently decent gym it’s deffinitely not dirty like the comments make it out to be I think those people are wrong about that. The pool is cool it’s small but it’s clean the jacuzzi is nice too and clean . I will say the one chest machine has been broken since I signed up though and there’s only two of them so with just on in commission it’s hard to get reps they should have equipment fixed the same week it breaks . It’s better than the gym next to winco at least

I give them 2 stars instead of 1, bc most of the staff are friendly. James is super cool. But the other guy with the mustache isn’t very friendly. He doesn’t talk much. I’ve been a member for the last 3 years and they have made big changes that I’m not a fan of. They took away a lot of the amenities that influenced me to join. Like the theater for one. The hot tub is cool. But they also took down the punching bag. 10 minutes on that far exceeds 45 minutes on the treadmill. Hopefully they will bring it back. Too many machines seem to be broken. Instead of fixing them they decide to get rid of them.

This establishment is demonstrably the premier fitness center within the city, offering a comprehensive suite of amenities including a swimming pool, sauna, diverse exercise equipment, and free weights. The facilities consistently maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
