We love everything about Vertex. Their service is excellent, thorough, and always on schedule! Our tech, Melody, is wicked smart, beyond knowledgeable, kind, professional, and our dog’s favorite. ;) The value for all they provide is unparalleled. Their scheduling notifications are helpful, timely, and I love the option to reach out multiple ways if you happen to have an issue between services. We typically have other companies come to the door a few times a year to ask if we would consider changing, and it’s always a hard (but nicely-worded) :) pass. We will never leave Vertex. :)

So far I'm very happy with my service. Everyone I've interacted with has provided exceptional customer service. I had been with a local company (Crazy Frog) until they were bought out by Aptive. Multiple issues encouraged me to try another local business and I am glad I found Vertex.

Vertex is the absolute best! I am so thankful that I found this pest control company. I have had their service at 2 different homes and they take care of everything from ants, hornets, spiders, mice and voles. I always feel valued as their customer. Today I called and within a few hours Tim arrived! He was so thorough and helpful like all of your technicians always are. Thanks for always going above and beyond Vertex team!

Andy was one of the nicest, most personable people that has ever come into my home. Super informative, easy to understand and so so kind. I couldnt be happier with the inspection and treatment. I was also so impressed on the pricing for all they do- and a special thank you for respecting and honoring military service and giving back in that way. I am looking forward to Vertex taking care of my home for the future! A million thank yous!!!
