The staff at Vets on Main have been so understanding and compassionate every time we take our dogs. I would 100 percent recommend them for anyone. They are kind, understanding and flexible. We had to put our dog down and they were so so kind. They made him so comfortable-- treats, a bed, medicine. They even made us coffee 🥹 We will be forever grateful to the staff here.
Vets on Main is fantastic. We have been seeing Dr.Bell who has been going above and beyond in helping us figure out my dogs puzzling symptoms. Dr.Bell and all of the staff are amazing with my dog (who is reactive and gets easily overstimulated). Odie loves everyone there and enjoys all of the attention he gets from the caring staff.
Vets on Main is amazing! We recently moved to the area and originally had booked an appointment elsewhere but they couldn’t get me in for about 2 months. I called Vets on Main and they were able to get me and my dog in for the following week. The receptionist was so informtative and friendly, answering all my questions with confidence. I loved all the reminders before my appointment. Once we got there they treated us like family. Lexie got the best care and the examination was so thorough. The vet informed us of the immunizations recommended since moving here. They provided an estimate and a great treatment plan to optimize lexies health! Thank you Vets on Main! we can’t wait to go back!
The staff and team here are amazing! The friendliest people you could ask for! From the moment we walked in, the front desk team was so welcoming and warm. The doctors and technicians are so knowledgeable, and explain everything in digestible ways. And, the passion they have for their job is evident. This was my first experience brining my new puppy to the vet, and I couldn’t have found a better spot! Highly highly recommend!
They took amazing care of my kitten (and me!) I was an absolute mess today when I realized my kitten’s paw was swollen after a nail cutting mishap the night before. They managed to fit me in day of, calmed me down, and took excellent care of my baby (and Dr. Bell helped me trim the rest of his nails and showed me how to do it in the future). The receptionists were extremely lovely, and very helpful in calming me down. Dr Bell was very kind and took care of my kitten very well. I’m extremely thankful to the whole staff I’ve been to vets before that try to upsell me, or have no time to fit me in for weeks, or are in general not very pleasant. Vets on main is the exact opposite of that. They gained a new client today. Jupiter and I will be back for all future check ups (hopefully no more emergencies— but we’re in good hands if there are)
