Stay away from VicProp and especially Vincent Wu! For the whole 12 months of our lease we didn't get a single repair done nor we were provided full access to the building amenities, I lived with mould and a bathroom leak in my ensuite and they couldn't care less. VCAT released an order to fix these things, VicProp and Vincent ignored it for 6 months until the end of our lease. Very scummy behaviour, lazy, unresponsive, disregarded VCAT and a court order too, and they kept the house in disgusting conditions all throughout the lease. Thankfully VCAT also released a compensation order in our favour given their blatant, obvious breach of duty

I was in an urgent rush to lease my aparment, and VICPROP provided excellent service. Their reps were very-well communicated and professional. The property manager reponded my inquiries and provide neccessary info within hours and making the process stess-free. It took less than 3 weeks from my first call to having the property leased.
