Had the absolute pleasure of having Dr. Sibley perform a procedure for me today. As soon as I arrived and he began to speak to me all of my worries and anxieties melted away due to his calm and comforting energy and the way he explained everything that he was doing step by step. The office is lovely clean and everyone I spoke to today was so kind and welcoming. I had a great experience here and would return in a heartbeat.
I had BBL treatment done for my rosacea by Brook. She was fantastic. Brook explained every step of the procedure in detail. Looking forward to seeing the results after 2 more sessions.
Went for help with a bumpy scar on my nose in 2023. Asked if surgery was a better option since I was worried how lasers may make it worse. Told them I trusted their judgement for best treatment. Received 2 treatments of CO2 Laser from esthetician on the scar and now it’s more bumpy and ugly than ever. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Had to make special request to even see a doctor to discuss situation (Sibley) and not just an esthetician. He spent 30 seconds with me, and clearly didn’t even review my history or previous surgery and laser treatments to understand the journey I took to get there.
I have seen Dr Sibley twice now and he’s absolutely amazing. He’s extremely knowledgeable and kind. His levels of expertise are unmatched. He really takes the time to explain everything. He really takes the time to listen to your concerns and answer any questions. He’s truly the only person I would trust with my skin. The clinic itself is beautiful and all the staff are very welcoming and friendly. I appreciate the promptness of the front desk.
Victoria Park Medispa is in a beautiful building and the staff is very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Dr. Shanna Spring was so helpful and very professional, and didn't try to oversell her services. Overall a lovely experience and I would definitely go there again.
