I Bought a $650 slab of stone to use as a stair landing and when gently lifting the slab with a forklift, it split in half. Instead of doing the right thing and offering to replace the slab, Bobby told me to go fly a kite. Think twice about doing business with a company who sells rocks by the pound and doesn't respect their customers. There are many options for landscape supplies in Boise, Victory Greens isn't the one to choose.
We went with one of the representatives in a golf cart, going around looking for a tree that would replace a tree that died on us a few years back. The representative give us some ideas on what tree might survive best. We picked a tree and had it planted today. There were two techs and it took them about an hour to plant it. The techs were very careful and considerate of the properties and did an excellent job planting the tree. I will not hesitate to go back to Victory Greens, because I thought I got very good price value and service.
We needed some rock/gravel and checked this place out. Plenty of options and they sell by the cubic yard to trucks/trailers of course but also sell in 5 gallon bucket amounts. We just own a sedan and we're doing a small project so we made a few extra trips! Prices seemed reasonable and staff were very friendly, all 5 times we were there. Will definitely return here! They also deliver and their prices for this seemed reasonable too, prices vary based off of distance away from Victory Greens.
Usually have a good experience with Victory Greens, however this spring I purchased a yard of garden box soil, right after they changed the mixture and almost doubled the price. That soil would not grow any of the seeds we planted where as all of our other garden boxes with other soil were thriving (See my picture attached; three garden boxes on the left are thriving, the one garden box on the right with the victory Greens soil is doing nothing). Did a soil test; the soil was infertile. Had to add a ton of fertilizer, then the plants started growing. I called and explained to this to Victory Greens, they weren’t willing to do anything to compensate me or make this a better experience. Very disappointed in their customer service.
Bought a tree at Victory Greens & they planted it for Free! (small delivery fee and a tip to the outstanding men who delivered and planted our tree! We love our new Chokecherry Tree and the service that Victory Greens provides in delivery and planting is unbelievable! Great selection & prices! I highly recommend Victory Greens!!!
