Made me pay 190 bucks to tell me absolutely nothing about my car. Didn't even print anything out for me to make it official, just said he ran diagnostics. I understand that diagnostic machine costs a pretty penny, but you shouldn't scam your customers to pay for it... All while claiming to be Christian

Was recommended to come here by friend, for new tires and a timing belt replacement, and it was 5* service all around! They booked me in within the week, had the work done very promptly, and came in at a fantastic price relative to the other quotes I received. Highly recommend them for all your auto needs.

You need this shop in your life! Kelly, Joe, Eric and all the mechanics are such great partners in keeping older vehicles maintained and helping to evaluate what you need vs what you don't. They are fantastic about working within your budget to help time repairs as needed if applicable. I'm also thrilled to have them as a partner in taking the best care of my newer vehicle to keep it running and safe for a long long time! They stand behind their work and send out regular coupons to help offset some of the costs. They are also just the nicest folks around and the waiting room is clean and well appointed with chargers, fast wifi, a clean bathroom and plenty of comfy chairs/couch if you need to get some work done or just relax while you wait for your vehicle.

If you need an emergency tire replacement after blowing one of yours on the road, I recommend you seek other options. Popped a tire on the way to work, pulled into “Victory TIRE and Auto,” as it’s shown online, and I was turned away in record time. Without even glancing at their inventory, I was told they didn’t have a tire in stock and had no ability to obtain one that day. Not something I’ve encountered at an auto shop before, especially for a very standard Kia Soul tire, but luckily I found a place directly down the road that was able to easily help me. A “middle” option that I appreciate a “ton”.

Took my car to Firestone on 62nd Ave and 9th street! Car was not right, push the gas and it wanted to stall! They said i needed a whole new exhaust system! They had my car for over a week! Got it back! Drove it home! Went to go to work the next day!! Same problem! Took it to Victory, they checked it out!! All I needed was a new fuel pump and spark plugs!! Plugs because if driving it under bad conditions!! Got taken advantage of by Firestone!! They let me drive a loaner car!! Had to spend 300 for rental car while Firestone had mine!! Victor was awesome and honest!! Will only take my car to them from now on!! All the people who work there were very nice and accommodating!! Best place in St. Pete!! Recommend them very highly over any other place in that area!!! Thank you so much! Special thank you to Kelly!!!
