I ordered flowers in person at the store. They gave me some flowers with extremely long stems that were completely disproportionate for a bouquet and didn’t even try to trim them, and others cut only about 15 cm below the bud — meaning the stems ended right at the ribbon tie and weren’t even protected with caps. Out of 15 flowers, 5 were far too short. How am I supposed to put this bouquet in water? What height of vase should I use? I honestly don’t know. I also don’t know how to keep the flowers alive when some of them don’t even reach the water, while others are more than halfway submerged. I paid an unreasonably high price for such poor quality. I will not be coming back.
I live in North Carolina and wanted to use a local florist to send flowers to my mil after my fil’s passing. I ended up going with a plant instead from their sympathy menu. My mil sent me a picture and was so impressed with how beautiful the peace lily was. It turned out to be much bigger than I expected and it looks so healthy. I’m very happy with the service I received!
Always a great experience with Villager Flowers. Every year we send our Daughter Lily, lillies on her birthday to school to make her feel special on her special day! Villager Flowers never disappoints. Thank you for what you do!
We used Villager Flowers for our wedding day, and Christy did an absolutely amazing job!! I shared an inspiration photo of what I was envisioning, and she worked with me to tweak the details to make it perfect. When I saw my bouquet for the first time, I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was! Christy created a stunning arch arrangement, gorgeous bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, and boutonnieres. Everything was delivered and set up at our venue, which made the day so easy and stress-free. We can’t recommend Villager Flowers enough!
It definitely did not look like what I ordered, no ribbon running through and flowers were sparce.1st pic is what I ordered pic 2 is what I got, very disappointed 😟
