Everyone on the Vivida staff from the receptionist to the doctor was very professional and nice at the same time. It seems like a happy office environment and the energy there is clean and harmonious. Also, the wait wasn't long after my appointment time came around.
This was my first visit to Vivida Dermatology and the first time to meet Dr. Steven Hawks. The receptionist was very professional, polite & friendly. I filled out the paper work and it wasn't long before my name was called. I was shown to the exam room and I told the assistant why I was there. Dr. Hawks came in very soon, I didn't have to wait long at all. I told the doctor why I was there and he promptly treated several spots. He told me what product to buy for some skin tags. As the doctor finished, he told me that he wanted to see me in a year, and I was done. I believe the whole experience was easy, from start to finish, it was under an hour. I'm glad that I have such a nice doctor & office to visit for the care of my skin.
Dr. SURI and her stuff for impeccable! So thoughtful caring and paid attention and knew exactly what I needed I couldn't feel more understood than I did today! They really made me feel very secure and aware that they definitely know what they're doing!
The office is very clean and modern. I was able to fill out my intake paperwork online which was convenient, and Nasslynne Lenz, APRN was very professional, was able to do my procedure while answering my questions, and I was in and out in 30 minutes. I am more than satisfied with my experience, and would happily see her again.
