Made an appointment and was seen very quickly! Doctor and nurses were knowledgeable and kind. Was in and out in less than an hour and my prescription sent quick as well
Walk in appointment, seen within 20 minutes. PA was very personable and answered all my questions. Why is this easier than getting to see my regular PCP?
This was my first visit to a Vybe. On the plus side, the nurse and PA who took care of me were very knowledgeable, patient and kind and communicated clearly. They were excellent! I was taken back right away (I had an appointment and there were no other patients I could see) but was less crazy about waiting longer in the exam room than I have at other urgent cares, although it was only about ten minutes. A bigger negative is that the bathroom in the waiting area was filthy - a toilet filled with feces which also smeared the floor. The only person available to clean it was the poor clerk at the check in desk and she did an ok but not great job. They will let you use the toilet in the back, but ick. I would go back there again if there were no other alternative, but I’d use the bathroom at home first.
I was visiting out of town & started feeling ill. called my insurance and asked, who was in network with my insurance from north carolina. They mentioned this place went in. Was the first one there and it was less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel I was staying at which was awesome. I got in they tested me. I tested positive for flu. They gave me my prescription. I got it filled at cvs by the hotel, I was in and out. All staff members was great. Thank you. If I feel sick again, I know where to go the next time i'm visiting philadelphia
The staff is top notch. The front desk was friendly and efficient, the MA was compassionate, and the physician was knowledgeable. I was seen right away and felt well cared for, the best part is I was a “walk-in patient” thank you for greatness!
