Visit this Walmart every time I come to Austin. Employee was not as helpful this time but I still think this is a great store. It's usually clean, well-stocked, and the checkout process is fast. Will return.
I recently went to Walmart Auto Care to have my car battery replaced, and I was very disappointed with the service. The technician who was working on my car didn’t seem to know the basics — he couldn’t tell which terminal was positive or negative and was about to connect them the wrong way. I actually had to step in and show him how to do it correctly. On top of that, the whole process was extremely slow. It seemed like no one was in a hurry to help customers or get things done efficiently. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I don’t feel confident bringing my car back here for any kind of service.
It is unreal to buy any tools. No one is there. This button doesn’t make any sense. Waited 15 minutes, no one showed up. No one cares, no assistance
Nice supercenter at a great location, I was here to pick up one thing i forgot to pack in my bag when visited Austin. Great layout, clean, organized. I think they didn't have self checkout lanes to the best of my knowledge or as far as i can recall but the checkout line moved quickly.
Please do not come here for auto care. Tires arrived 4 days after scheduled to arrive. They never checked them in I had to call and check and then they said “oh yeah they came in today”. Waited 3.5 hours for install. They were not busy. The man doing my tires I do not think could have physically moved slower. No organization here. I worked for multiple tire shops and have never taken over 1.5 hours to do 4 tires. This was ridiculous. The man took so long doing my tires that they shut the lights off for this section of Walmart before he was even done. Never returning here. 0-5 stars if I could.
