I saw a snow globe with 4 well known Washington DC monuments, with Cherry Blossoms on it. It looked perfect and wasn’t too bad of a price so I bought it really happily. I was about to hand the cashier the model I saw on the shelf, but he said there was already a packaged one and he gave it to me. I waited till I got home in NC, and was so excited opening up. Just to find it was the wrong one! And it’s not like I can go back and return it. I’m very disappointed

Enjoyed it seeing the selection of gifts at the Washington DC gift shop. We were able to get some souvenirs from our trip from here and they had a good selection. The staff was nice and it was well organized with lots of options especially lots of magnets and Christmas ornaments.

I ordered a pin and never received the merchandise. I emailed the company and no one called me back. I also called them, but no one answers the phone. I left messages and no one called me back. I'm still trying to resolve this issue.

Sie hatten einige schöne Geschenke. Ich mag das T-Shirt der ehemaligen First Lady Michelle Obama wirklich sehr. Ich wünschte, sie wäre noch im Weißen Haus. Die Leute, die dort gearbeitet haben, waren sehr hilfsbereit und nett.
