Great experience from start to finish. We have a very tight closet and needed two water heaters installed. The team took their time over multiple calls to help design the setup, clearly walking me through the pros and cons so I could make the right decision without pressure. When the technician Brandon arrived, he noticed our toilet was extremely close to the install area, which usually means extra cost. He still honored the original quote and managed to get everything installed in a very challenging space without breaking the toilet or damaging the water heaters at all. Really appreciate their honesty, patience, and quality work. Highly recommend!

Tremendous service from beginning to end. Water Heater Doctor was the only company I spoke with that promptly gave me a real quote for an annual service on my water heater. They were able to come out even earlier than originally scheduled, and the process was clearly communicated the whole way. My 10+ year old water heater started to leak, so I googled for reliable professionals. After talking to Patrick, I chose Water Heater Doctor to replace my old water heater. I took his advices and the quote was fair and reasonable. The technicians hauled away the old one and got the job nicely done within an hour.
