I have been with the spa for over 2 years and have never had an issue with time or not showing up. Recently, I updated my appointment from a Saturday to a Sunday and texted to confirm. Apparently the update didn’t go through (never received a text or notification of a no show text either). I texted the spa to see if there was anything we could do as this has not happened before and their response was cold and offered zero flexibility. I understand adhering to your policy but there is little-to-no customer service for a repeat customer from management. Customer service goes a long way when receiving a sensitive service such as wax. Erica, the spa tech, has been great but I will not be returning.

I never write reviews but I need the tech to know so they improve their technique. I have had sugaring done many many times and never got the terrible reaction that I experienced here. It lasted multiple days and when I showed it to my regular tech, they said it’s because of the technique and minimal prep/post care. Ironically, all of my hairs weren’t even captured again never experienced that either. The woman also never introduced herself and barely talked to me, which came across as standoffish and rude. Replying to the comment from owner: this is definitely the right location, because the address and name match the reminder notifications I received (see attached)

Ive not experienced customer service as horrible as the one I had here. I check out reviews and decided to try this place out today. I arrived 5-7 mins prior to my appointment. However when i arrived i was not sure i was in the right location and there was no one at front desk to ask for more information. There were a bunch of unopened boxes by the wall with no signs telling you what to do when you arrive. I called out several times and knocked on the doors to see if anyone was around and finally a lady came out of one of the rooms with a nasty attitude. She told me my appointment was not for another 1 minute, and i should sit down that she was dealing with a sensitive matter inside. When I told her that i did not appreciate the way she was talking to me. She said there was a number by the door and i should have called the number instead of screaming Hello and knocking on the doors. She called me a difficult customer and said my business was not welcome. I was so infuriated but her immediate dismissal. I immediately asked for a refund back which i received. But my goodness, it was so horrible. I absolute hate confrontations... If she came out of the room and asked me to wait for a few minutes while she finishes up whatever she was doing I would have completely understood. Pls treat your customers better.

Based on reviews, I decided to try the Brazilian Sugaring and it CHANGED MY LIFE!!! Much safer and less painful than a typical Brazilian wax. Will never try anything else! FYI, Erica made my experience extremely comfortable and explained the entire process throughout. She’s amazing!!! 10/10
