I have always loved and valued fitness and health, but over the years I have struggled to maintain a consistent fitness and training plan. This has led to me gaining a few pounds and because of my older age I didn’t feel confident enough to get back in shape. I recently decided to change this and join WDP gym and I cannot stress how much this gym has helped me get back to feeling like my younger self! The booking system makes it really easy to log in when I train which allows for me to maintain a consistent training plan. Highly recommend WDP gym to anyway who wants to get back to the feeling there best!
Staff very helpful always encouraging you to go that wee but further to push you to exceed your personal goals. PT sessions also available for those who want that one to one experience.Classes for all levels of fitness and ages. I would recommend WDP for anyone who is serious about their health and fitness.
As an older women from an ethnic background who in the past has struggled with feeling accepted at gyms, WDP have been outstanding in making me feel welcome and safe during workouts. I highly recommend to anyone who wants a gym that is for all and provides a high level of training.WDP are the best!!
This gym fits every criteria. Great equipment, and location with parking. As well as personal training sessions, there are a variety of classes available too throughout the week such as boxing, weights and bootcamp. Also, being a private gym means you're never having to wait to use any of the equipment which is definitely a plus point. I would definitely recommend this gym as it really has all you need for a great work out!
Been going to the boxing classes for around 6 months now, what a difference it has made to core strength and technique. Every week the class is different with something new introduced, one to one pad work, on the punch bags and also some conditioning in between. Something to look forward to on a Monday :) There are sessions that run throughout the week as well, I would definitely recommend it.
