He explained what happens with these mice and there habits. Assured me if we have any questions we could call and he will gladly guide us through. Discovering bed bugs was traumatizing to our whole household! NEVER thought we’d have to deal with it. This company was THE BEST! They were out within the week we called. Tyler was so friendly and helpful, the prep was quite easy as was the whole process!! I highly recommend the heat treatment!! I can not say how much I appreciate this company and especially Tyler! And within 24 hours the whole nightmare was behind us!!
We made an urgent call and they had Tyler come out the very next evening. He was very knowledgeable, patient with our house full of animals, and did a thorough job of inspecting our house and educating us. Tyler was very professional and personable and reassured us we were taking the right steps to get rid of our pest problem. We will definitely call again if needed.
