⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Luke was outstanding. He came out on Sunday, December 28 in the evening when no one else was available and worked for roughly four hours to get our furnace running properly again. He was professional, respectful, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire visit. He found the cause of the problem—rocks/debris obstructing the exhaust vent—helped us confirm it, cleared it, and restored the heat. The system has been working perfectly since. The service cost was $400,FYI I had no booked reservation so basically the cost was double due to him coming without me booking or anything and it was absolutely worth it for the quality of work and the peace of mind. For my family because we have the CO2 built up in the house because I kept just restarting it for now so merry Christmas thank you you guys very much I’m Native American, and I highly recommend Luke and Weather Tech Heating & Cooling. The fan motor on my Lennox mini split needed to be changed out due to it being very noisy. The tech Isaac showed up as scheduled. He was very friendly and professional. Dealing with the office was a very positive experience as well. I definitely recommend them!
We decided to get air conditioning after many years without having it. We received three quotes and by far Steve(owner) was the best as he explained the heat pump process in depth. We figured out an install date which suited our schedule. The install went seamlessly as three guys named Josh, Jessie and Nick showed up in the morning on time and with everything they needed. They all had different jobs to do in this installation and u could tell they were experienced as they moved quickly and with ease. After the installation Josh was kind enough to give my husband a thorough run through of how the heat pump worked and also how to navigate the thermostat. It has been a few weeks now and the heat pump is working perfectly. Great company to deal with.
I have recently upgraded my furnace and air conditioner. After having five separate companies out to quote on this project, I felt most comfortable with Weather Tech. Steve, the owner came out to provide me sound advice of exactly what I need. His quote was in line with all the other companies. Nick, Josh, Luke, and Sam came right on time to do the installation. They were extremely friendly, professional, and respectful. They installed everything perfectly and left the house, clean and tidy. There was one issue with the thermostat, but after reaching out after hours, they promised to send a tech Monday to correct the problem. So thanks to everyone at Weather Tech for giving me peace of mind for the next 25 years. So just a short update. They discovered that my thermostat was defective from the get-go. Without any hesitation, they replaced it with a brand new one and I am up and running without any issues. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you to Steve and the team at WeatherTech. One last point I want to mention. This entire HVAC system was purchased through Costco and results in a Costco shop card which is essentially a significant discount of the system. Couldn’t be happier and have recommended other friends to consider using Costco for their hvac needs!
