Ali was my driver. He was great! He contacted me to let me know he was on his way. He called again when he was getting closer. He was very nice and took care of everything in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend West Coast towing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honest, Fair, and Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend! I cannot say enough great things about this tow company and repair shop! My car broke down unexpectedly, and I was in a stressful situation, but AJ, my tow truck driver, completely turned the experience around. He arrived right away, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and respectful, and reassured me that I was in good hands. He told me about their company’s 24-hour repair shop and took my car there. From the moment my car arrived at the shop, the service was nothing short of outstanding. The team immediately started working on the repairs and kept me updated every step of the way through text messages. They even sent me photo updates, explaining every issue they found in detail so that I always knew what was going on. What impressed me the most was their honesty and fairness. I’ve been taken advantage of by repair shops before, but this place was completely different. Their prices were extremely reasonable, and at no point did I feel like they were trying to upsell unnecessary work. They genuinely wanted to fix my car the right way, and they absolutely do not take advantage of their customers. A huge shoutout to AB, the mechanic who worked on my car! He was incredibly thorough, skilled, and took the time to make sure everything was fixed properly. They started with one repair but found multiple other issues with my car—and AB took care of every single one without cutting corners. When I picked up my car, there was a minor issue that needed a quick fix, and they went above and beyond by picking up my car from my job, taking it back to the shop, and making sure everything was perfect. And the incredible service didn’t stop there—AJ once again came through for me. I needed to return my rental car and get my vehicle back late at night, even though I live 30 minutes from the shop. Without hesitation, AJ helped me make it happen! This company is truly dedicated to customer satisfaction. Their responsiveness, attention to detail, fairness, and genuine care for their customers set them apart. If you ever need a tow or car repairs, I HIGHLY recommend them! They turned a stressful situation into a smooth, hassle-free experience, and I’m so grateful for their help. Thank you, AJ, AB, and the entire team—you guys are amazing!

West Coast towing was amazing. The experience with Mohammed was seamless.. he showed up immediately and was very friendly. He took good care of my Tesla as he loaded it onto the tow truck. I was so glad to have Mohammed be the one to move my brand new car West Coast towing is an excellent option, very professional, and very friendly.
