Crew of two knowledgeable & professional technicians scoped the line, found the problem answered all our questions and are assisting us with determining the best, cost effective repair. Glenn and his employees came out and addressed a major water main leak on my property. His crew began immediately the day I was alerted to my concern. The job was absolutely professional and completed on time. Glenn arranged all necessary permits and contacted all the proper agencies before digging. I was never inconvenienced. Glenn advised me to contact the city for a leak adjustment to my water bill after the repair was completed. I was able to get an adjustment of $300 following his advice. Thank you so much for the professional repair and advice! I would recommend him and his crew for any plumbing needs!

I appreciate the quick turnaround, your team work, and good quality service!  Starting from the total out the door price over the phone, to starting service right away, to both plumbers showing up on time with a positive, knowledgeable, friendly and hard working approach.  Your team did exactly what I asked for with replacing the water heater, adding a flood stop, new pan, expansion tank and great quality of work that looks very looks clean.  Never know what you're going to get with services like this but your team nailed it.   I'm very happy with your services,  You have a great team at Westover.  Thanks for the quick turnaround and great service!!

If you have plumbing needs, you’ve come to the right place. I had a drain valve in my hot water snap while I was trying to replace it and 80 gallons of water started to rush into my garage. I had to press a hose against it to drain most of it into the yard but was left with a flooded spot and water leaking from the cold water shutoff valve. I called Saturday night at 11:00 PM and Glen answered within 2 rings. He said he’d get me squared away. Since most of the damage had been done and my tank was just slightly leaking, he advised me to wait until Monday to avoid an after hours fee. Monday morning Glen came personally to check out my situation and acted fast recommending a whole new unit since mine was aging and rusted from years of leaky valves. By noon Glen must’ve sent his best two guys because Kyle and Jake were in my driveway ready to demo and install. After 6 hours of hard work they pulled out of my driveway leaving me with a spotless worksite and a brand new tankless water heater. I can’t say enough about Westover plumbing. If I ever have any plumbing needs again they’ll be the first people I call.
