So far so good! I suspect this was unusual, but I called on a Friday and got an appointment next day, so that was a pleasant surprise. Aside from that, the staff was courteous, professional, handled our dog well, and addressed all our questions and issues. We'll definitely be back.
Everyone is so friendly and caring no matter why I'm there. Pet check-ups, picking up meds, or some other pet emergency. I'm greeted with a smile and kindness! Dr. Fox is.so attentive and hears me when I have concerns. He always treats our pets accordingly and doesn't just pump them with meds if it isn't necessary. I will continue to take my precious fur babies here.
We had an excellent experience at Westside! The staff is very kind, caring, professional, and top notch. The vet was able to identify what was going on with our little guy and our case was rather tricky. He is doing SO much better now. We and he are so grateful!! We can’t wait to go back and see them next week to let them know how great he is doing!! This is such a great vet practice and we highly recommend them!!!
My sister has gone here for years and I recently moved to the same side of town. She normally sees Dr Fox who I also got to visit with and he is AMAZING! So kind and attentive, makes sure we're comforting the kitties while they get exams & shots. It was so kind and professional here.
Our experience at Westside was night and day compared to our last vet. Dr. Fox was considerate of our concerns and expressed his own concerns, allowing us to share our input on what was going on with our cats. The support staff was also incredible with fast scheduling and great service while we were there. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend Westside.
