On a busy Friday night, everyone was still friendly and polite. I watched the manager handle some very unreasonable customers with grace and patience despite the escalation over an eight minute wait for food when there was an obvious line ahead of their order.
This location need attention I was making sure I told the man on speaker I need the real lemonade drink with my combo instead the soda when I approach to window to pay he try to give me the soda lemonade which I told him I need the real lemonade… he was acting with disrespectfully at my order like acting he mad about that go find other job if you don’t like you job !!I I said sorry nothing to respond from him then he charge me extra $2.80 above $11.57 on my whole order why !!! Also the fries where old and cold short half the bag and dry I don’t recommend this location at all you know what I well never eat at whataburger locations at all they don’t care for quality any more sadly this was my favorite for years also the cashier need to cut his nails I threw the food away 🤨
We rarely do the fast food but today evening we did, ordered Hot n Spicy chicken sandwich, Honey BBQ chicken sandwich, 2X Ranch chicken sandwich with some fries and onion rings and some drinks, everything was just okay but could be better but not the best, last time I tried Whatawings, they were like the frozen irregular size meatballs then came to know why they named it what-a-wing! Something is better than nothing!!
Went last night to this location and ordered a double Patty Melt combo with fries and soda. The dine-in closes exactly at 12 midnight but the Drive Thru is open 24/7. The restaurant was super clean from the inside and the wait time of ordering thur the app wasn't that long. The employees were hardworking and friendly. This is a perfect location to bring the kids and family to enjoy a delicious meal anytime of the day. Will be returning here more often as the food was done fresh and tasty.
