I purchased the Karl Wunder package, which is supposed to be the most comprehensive service, but unfortunately the quality did not match the price. The doors did not appear to be waxed, and the door edges, door jambs, and trunk lid area were not properly cleaned. There was still visible dust and dirt in the corners and along the edges. For a service costing over $40, I expected much more attention to detail. To be honest, I could achieve a similar level of cleanliness at a self-service car wash. After returning home, I had to clean several areas myself. Overall, the service felt overpriced for the result. I hope the team can improve their detailing quality, especially for premium packages.

I’ve never had a car wash experience like this. Their team took excellent care of my vehicle. My car came in covered in leaves and dirt. Left spotless in 10 mins. Highly recommend.

Best car wash service I’ve found in Nashville so far. They did a thorough job inside and out and paid attention to all the little details. My car looked spotless and felt fresh. Fast, professional, and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Disappointed in the very expensive detail. Had to ask them to clean the side mirror thoroughly, and there were many other spots left dirty. Paid for the full service detail at $320+ tip and expected the car would be fully clean.

Great prices and always good service. If you have time to do a full detail I highly recommend it. Otherwise the basic full interior exterior is great. They have tons of people working so it goes really quickly. They have a shop with gifts, cards, snacks and drinks. There is also WiFi and a TV if you do a longer detail.
