We celebrated our marriage with a reception at Wilburn street studios in September 2025 and everything went without a hitch! Sienna and the team were so helpful in making sure our day went smoothly and they accommodated several special needs we had as a more untraditional type of wedding event! They suggested a ton of vendors and were helpful in making sure we were well prepared and had everything we needed to make sure we were not stressed the day of. We had the best day start to finish and this event space is even more beautiful than the pictures! Highly recommend!
This review is lengthy but for good reasons: All I can say is wow. Working with Wilburn Street Studio was truly exceptional, better than anyone could have anticipated. We hosted the Nashville Design Week Calendar Launch Party there with about 200 attendees, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. While the venue doesn't offer many parking options outside of a paid back lot and street parking, that was the ONLY drawback. The Wilburn team was responsive, organized, and incredibly accommodating. They made space for last-minute walkthroughs, shared a fantastic Rolodex of trusted vendors, and were present during the event to support any needs or questions that arose. Their communication style was kind, clear, and direct. The venue is nestled in a vibrant, deeply connected community, and you can feel that energy as soon as you arrive. Guests were immediately captivated by the large bay windows that created an experience before attendees stepped inside. The backyard area was perfectly maintained. The kitchenette was the perfect size for bartending and food storage. The bathrooms were clean, smelled amazing, and were the perfect size...no one likes a small dirty bathroom. The venue’s architectural character carries a sense of history that makes the space feel like a boutique museum and a welcoming home. That warmth is a testament not only to the space itself but to the people who manage it! I must give a special shout-out to Sienna; her thoughtfulness, professionalism, and eye for detail were invaluable throughout the entire planning process. I wish I remembered the name of the young woman who supported us during the event itself, because she was incredibly thorough and always moved with a sense of urgency when we needed assistance. And lastly, Cherylann is a gem! What she has cultivated at Wilburn is a thriving venue that consistently exceeds expectations. We had our wedding at Wilburn Street Studio and cannot say enough good things about the space! Jillian was so responsive and helpful in the months leading up to the wedding whenever we had any questions. The space is absolutely beautiful and really gives you the opportunity to customize your layout/decor to your liking. Due to rain, we weren’t able to utilize the outdoor space during cocktail hour but it truly did not seem to matter at all! We would highly recommend getting married here to any couples looking for a customizable venue!
I use Wilburn Street Studio for my Craft Markets 2-3 times a year. Everyone comments on how beautiful the space is. The owner and the managers are lovely to work with as well.
A great party place with that wonderful, old building vibe. The party space extends into a backyard area which was a real plus. More room to mix and mingle. Even room for a Corbin corn hole game! (Privacy fence keeps your party private from the neighborhood! ) biggest drawback was the small rest room area. Definitely needs attention. Overall a really nice place!
