Big shoutout for Andrew and Josh who did a great job with repairing an outdoor pipe leak that we had at our condominiums. They were prompt, polite, and professional, and took the time to explain the repair plan and keep me updated all during the process. They worked diligently in a tough spot with Andrew lying on his belly, in the mud, reaching down into a 3-foot hole they had to dig to do the repair. They really put in the hard work to make sure it was fixed correctly and restore the area. Great work and much appreciated guys!
Jonathan and his help was very respectful and knowledgeable. Did a great job doing the work and was very thorough. I would definitely have him back out to do work in the future. Wilbur has earned a customer for life. They also did great helping us finance the grinder pump and work. The office workers did a great job scheduling and staying in contact with us. It went as great as a emergency high cost repair could go. Thanks!
Wilbur’s was awesome!! They sent Johnathan and his coworker out to fix our sewer pump, which ended up being completely burned out. They were both friendly, professional and even loved on my pups! They did a great job and were very thorough fixing our issue. Even did a thorough check to be sure everything was working properly before leaving. Will definitely call them in the future!
Would highly recommend Wilbur's, they were easy to reach on the phone and very prompt at scheduling a time to come look at my plumbing project. Brady did a great job explaining what they would replace and how everything works. I appreciate that Susie was very communicative about who to expect and when. Jason completed the work very well, he was very knowledgeable and friendly, and even took the time to give quotes on a few other future projects I have. Overall, made the process easy, very pleased with the results, and will be using them again.
Highly Recommend! I was very pleased with my Wilbur’s experience. They sent Edgar out the same day I called (during peak summer season) and he was very knowledgeable and kind. And recommended that I replace my old unit (21 year old unit) and within the next business day came out and installed it. Jacob was able to get me some different quotes on units and financing, if needed (reasonably priced, especially with the quick installation time). Overall, I am very excited about my new unit and am very happy I used Wilbur’s!
