This was my first time at Wild Berry Tea Spa, and I loved it the moment I walked in! The space smells amazing, the ambience is calm and relaxing, and everyone was so welcoming. Brittney was absolutely amazing! This was my first massage ever, and she made the entire experience so comforting and soothing. She explained everything clearly before the massage and made me feel completely at ease. The pressure was perfect, the music and aromatherapy were incredibly calming, and the tea and cookies were such a thoughtful touch. Michelle, the manager, was also very kind and inviting. I would highly recommend Wild Berry Tea Spa, and I will definitely be coming back and recommending my friends/coworkers!
I went here for a birthday surprise couples massage, and overall it was just okay for such a special occasion. The space itself is beautiful, and it was a nice touch that they offered tea and a cookie when we were brought to the room. My partner had a great experience; her masseuse was friendly, asked questions, checked on pressure, gave advice, and even offered a heated bed, which made her feel really cared for. My experience was different. From the beginning, my masseuse barely spoke and seemed ready to be done. During the consult I specifically asked not to have elbows used and just wanted balanced pressure, as someone who gets massages frequently I felt like i was just being pet and later when I asked for more pressure she made a comment about not wanting to do elbows, which felt a bit dismissive. I also chose the scalp massage, but she never asked about taking my hair down and it felt rushed, like she was counting down the time. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk and we had to walk around to find staff, who were chatting while seated on the massage beds, which did not give a professional first impression. My massage was relaxing but impersonal, and for a 75-minute birthday couples session, I expected more. I wouldn’t really recommend this place unless you come earlier in the day and are lucky enough to get a masseuse who is more engaged and enthusiastic about the service.
I had the best facial I’ve ever had here this evening with Elizabeth James. She was kind , helpful and informative! I have very sensitive skin and she was so gentle with it. I will definitely be back!

That is the best massage I have ever had in my entire life. Kerri has the talent and experience to give you exactly what you need. I will be back for sure! Don't go anywhere else and take chances. I have had many done and this place is the best Environment: spa vibes from the moment you walk in. Clean. Professional looking establishment. Smells wonderful and staff is welvoming. Massage room is inviting. Low lit, tea and snacks waiting for you on the side table. The massage table is warmed and linens are comfy. If I could give 6 stars, they would get it.
