Worst experience ever. I paid for Sunflowers and Roses- the premium Happiness arrangement. I received 6 roses and a few dying/wilted sunflowers. I feel like I paid more not for the key flowers in the arrangement but kore greenery and filler. They sent a photo and asked me to rate it so they can adjust before delivery. I called and rated and they said they will do nothing and this is what I paid for. Like I was crazy. This is a really big day. I’m really really angry
Needed a same day delivery for a friend who was on a biz trip (and needed so positivity after a loss in the family). William’s was open 24 hours to accept an order, which allowed me to make the order in sufficient time for same day. Great communication, I made a special request that was honored and they even sent me a picture to OK it. Top shelf - reasonable delivery fee ($12 on same day!) and professional all around.
Williams Flower & Gift has been amazing every time I’ve used them, especially Natalya. I really appreciate that they call ahead to confirm delivery details and even send a photo of the arrangement before it goes out—that extra touch makes a big difference. The flowers have always looked beautiful and matched exactly what I was expecting. Their communication and attention to detail make the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable and thoughtful florist!
Very happy with my experience. I was made aware that they might have to change out a few of the flowers from my original order. They promised to send me a picture before they delivered and they did and offered to make changes if I wanted any. It looked lovely and cheerful which is what I wanted. Very happy and would order flowers again.
If I could give 10 stars, I would. This is the best florist I have ever dealt with. From the first call with Julia who helped me figure out the delivery location distance and if they could make the delivery on time by calling the local florist, to the great attention to detail on colors and arrangement style, everything was perfect. The flowers were for a funeral and I needed next day delivery. They worked with me to create the most amazing flowers I have ever seen. They sent photos before delivered to ensure I was happy with the arrangements. Mike is an artist and his work speaks for itself. They were sensitive to the delivery being on time and sent me a confirmation of the delivery time, and even arrived extra early to ensure no issues. I highly recommend. A+
