Wow, I wish I was I was exaggerating. This was hands down the worst interaction I've had with a Wine Rack Employee, in fact it might be just the worst retail customer service I've had in a loooong time. I went in at 4:10pm to pick up a small bottle white wine. I didn't need help but the only employee present at the store insisted to help so I said umm just a budget friendly bottle. I was looking at the small ones (BASK brand) so they told me about the Jackson triggs sale for like 22 😐. I said umm sorry no like 12 bucks and they stared at me like I'm straight up filth and said yeah that one... When I paid I very clearly said thank you, and they just looked like they wanna punch me in the face. I don't know if this aggressive man had a breakup or is being pressured by management to sell a certain brands. But that was a scary experience. And he was looking me up and down the whole time. Train him

Love the donuts and the lady who served us, she was so sweet and gave us an extra donut as a treat, the taste was immaturely amazing and def going there again for a sweet.

I received assistance in choosing red wine and growers. I've been a customer here for a long time and seen this store outlast the beer store around the corner. Some choice selections for sale items.

Sad too see this Wine rack go from a nice community store to one that denies customers with disabilities to use their washroom in an emergency. Guess I’ll have to make sherbourne my new store.
