Tonight the young woman I drive for treated myself and her other 3 workers to a 50 minute Swedish massage here for Christmas. Emmalynn was the person that did mine. She was phenomenal! In fact the entire experience was amazing from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The entire staff was friendly, outgoing, and professional, the building is stunning, and the added amenities are amazing. I will absolutely be going back and would recommend to anyone that would listen. All of the amenities that are included are incredible, they provide anything you could possibly need, from high quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash, to beautiful showers, lockers, hair dryers, saunas, steam rooms, quiet rooms, even hair ties and make up remover. There is always staff available for any needs you might have.
I had the Luxury Foot Retreat today. I spent 45 minutes before my appointment in the quiet room and another 20 minutes after my treatment. The entire experience was extremely relaxing! I can’t wait to return.
Excellent experience—I visit every time I’m in town. The amenities are great and the massages are always worth every penny. A few suggestions: the new robes without pockets make it difficult to carry locker keys, and the sound of keys being carried around slightly detracts from the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.
We love everything about this place. The atmosphere is so relaxing and rejuvenating. Employees are friendly and professional. My deep tissue massage was amazing and helped my painful elbow. Thanks Woodhouse for the great experience celebrating my upcoming wedding.
Phenomenal! What a truly luxurious experience. We had 4pm couple deep tissue massages(50min) but arrived at 1:30 and stayed till they closed at 6:45 using all the amenities and just relaxing in the quiet rooms. Next time we will come even earlier! We brought a lot of food for ourselves and other wines to sip on and the hospitality crew totally took care of setting it all up and packing it away for us to take home. The Spa itself is gorgeous and just exudes quiet and calm everywhere you go. The only negative things I can even think of is that apparently the men's locker room did not have all the amenities that the women's did and my husband was disappointed to hear that(chilled eucalyptus towels, drinking water, sauna, working cold plunge shower). Also consider hiring male staff to tend to the men's locker room instead of having women going out in and out. The staff could have been a little more attentive checking on drink refills throughout our visit too. We will definitely be back soon though!
