Terrible customer service! Misleading advertisement. The name of their company is " Wow carwash" and their advertisement say ALL WOW CARWASHes get a free air refresher but turns out their different levels of membership which one of them is called WOW CARWASH gets the free air refresher. MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT!!!
On 11/28/2025 between 3:30 and 4:30 PM PST, I visited the Wow Carwash at 4625 E Sunset Rd in Henderson, NV. During the wash, the front emblem and its housing were torn from my vehicle. The technician, Colon, found the emblem and broken housing inside the car wash machinery, apologized, and attempted to reattach the pieces. After discovering additional missing parts, he retrieved those from the machine as well, attempted repairs again, and then advised me to file a claim. Issues With the Claims Process From the start, the claims process has been inconsistent and confusing. Wow Carwash assigned three different claim numbers for this single incident. The first email they sent contained two different claim numbers, which they blamed on a “system issue,” though I believe it was done to create confusion. I was repeatedly told that Brian from the claims department had emailed me, yet I never received anything. Brian later claimed he sent a test email, which also never arrived, and requested an alternate email address. As soon as I provided one, the claim number changed for the third time. I was later contacted by Brian and Ashley, who stated my claim was denied because my vehicle was “already damaged” before entering the wash. They claimed to have video evidence but refused to provide a copy. This conflicts with the technician’s statements and the fact that parts of my vehicle were physically found inside their equipment. Attempts to Resolve I requested to speak with someone higher up and asked for corporate or customer relations contact information. Ashley transferred me to Brian’s voicemail, and when I reached him, he stated he was the highest authority and that the company has no corporate office, leaving no way to escalate the matter.
Best car wash I've gotten in Vegas. Great customer service, ample cleaning supplies and competitive pricing. I highly recommend WOW
Took the new truck through to clean it after all the muddy rain last week. I have to say the biggest WOW is in how BAD the car wash did its job! Complete wait of time and money. So disappointed. Have to go look for a decent car wash to re-wash after this wash!!
This car wash location is always clean and efficient. I love that they have dual sided vacuums so that you can share one with the person next to you. The price is very reasonable and actually better than some other car wash centers. I trust the car wash tunnel with my vehicle
