What started out as a good experience turned very bad at closing. Because of the limitations of the buyer's lending agent, Wyatt and team talked me into agreeing to pay $5,000 to a contractor (not escrowed) due do the buyer's lending institution's company's rules. They ensured me the high end would be around $2,500. After numerous communications with Wyatt, he said on multiple occasions that he would look into it and get back with me. I have never seen an invoice or any of the $5,000 and Wyatt has not contacted me in over 6 months. They wanted to get the sale completed and make poor decisions to accommodate the buyer's lender. I would never do business with Wyatt or any of his staff again. Once I signed, they were done. Buyer beware of this company.
Recently we worked with the Wyatt Poindexter team on a fairly complex real estate purchase. There were many moving parts and people involved and through their professionalism, timely responses, and something which is missing today, friendliness, they made this transaction flawless and enjoyable. Hats off to the AMAZING Liz Hagan, she went above and beyond and with every conversation I had with her , I felt as if I was her only client. And one more thing, Liz was masterful working between us, and the title company. Great job and a very enjoyable real estate purchase.
