I was looking for a professional HVAC company to fix my 30 year old heater. Brian was the technician who serviced our unit. He was so warm, kind, and knowledgeable. I was dreading the cost but I found it to be extremely fair. Juliana provided a break down of cost and was able to answer all my questions regarding the timing of parts. My heater is working well. It is nice when great workmanship and quality customer service go hand in hand. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for quality service at a reasonable price.

I was impressed by the professionalism of the technician. Literally the technician camet that was sent out had my problem resolved in 10 minutes. It wasn't a all day job. He also made a recommendation on an upgrade of the thermostat. Great Job !!!!

Could not be happier with Xceptional Heating and Air. Juliana was very efficient over the phone to get us scheduled for our air conditioner to be repaired, and Bryan arrived earlier than scheduled and had is up and working that afternoon. He did a great job and is a pleasure to work with. It was a smooth experience from start to finish. I will definitely be holding on to Xceptional Heating and Air's number.

We can’t recommend Xceptional Heating & Air highly enough. When our property’s A/C failed in the peak of July heat, they responded quickly and professionally. Even better, they honored the warranty on a part they had replaced back in January—covering the service call at no cost to us. Their team was prompt, courteous, and truly took care of everything. I recently upgraded my AC unit and heating, and I had Gallardo Air Condition do the upgraded. I live in Fresno, and they are based in Bakersfield, and I was hesitant that they would handle the job in a timely manner. In our first encounter with their tech, they were timely and professional. The day of instalation, they came in early and went above and beyond their schedule time to make sure that my unit was up and running before they left for the day. They came back to fine-tune the system and make sure I was satisfied every step of the way. Many of their techs spoke Spanish and English and very friendly. I made many requests and upgrades to my system, and they took care of all of my concerns. They have a very good texting system of communication that keep me informed and give my feedback. If you are confirming to install a new or upgraded your AC system, don't think twice, Gallardo Air, the right choice.
