Very nice theatre. Clean lobby, theater and bathroom. Bathroom convenient when you come out of the movie. Comfortable seats. Only complaint is how far I had to drive to get there. Second favorite in town now.

I go to the movies a lot. Usually at a Cinemark theater. Xscape is second tier. The cheapest soda option is over$7 (Cinemark is just $5). The cheapest popcorn is $9.50. Just too much to ask at this aging theater, that's desperately in need of updates. The staff seemed confused as to what was showing as well. I probably won't return.

Nice theater, just saw Predator Badlands here. The sound was good and the seats were comfortable. I read some complaints about the theater beind dirty but that wasn't our experience. Just wish the prices for everything weren't so high. Crownpoint in Elizabethtown I feel like sets the standard for value!

NEW EDIT - New management staff is uncouth and rude. Theatre seats are broken regularly and trash is left to accumulate while the staff is too busy standing in the hallways and watching the movies during sex scenes, even the underage employees. The vibe is no longer one of fun and entertainment, but rather restrictiveness and harassment. Staff keeps track of how long you're in the bathroom, comes in and pressures you to leave the theatre before the credits are even over, and picks certain customers to pick on, even going so far as to be accusatory and confrontational with me over a simple mistake. Seats are randomly reserved right at showtimes for people who mysteriously never show up, and the staff is racist and discriminatory. I miss Thomas and Dakota. I won't be back now. There's too many other theatres to choose from for me to go out of my way to visit a theatre that profiles me and doesn't appreciate my repeated, regular business. OLD REVIEW - Best theatre in Louisville! Great seats, wonderful sound, and excellent staff, especially Dakota, the manager. He's always extremely helpful and accommodating for any needs that we may have, from food and drinks, to finding the correct theatre, and information about upcoming releases and promotional items. He keeps the theatre running smoothly and is always working hard to make sure everything is clean and ensuring the garbage cans are never left overflowing. Things like bathrooms and drink stations are always in working order and fully stocked, and pricing is reasonable, especially on Tuesdays. Always a relaxing and enjoyable experience when Dakota is there. 🤘🏻

Had a 100/10 time. My husband rented out one of the theater rooms for my birthday to watch a movie and play the switch on the big screen. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. It was an amazing time. Day time manager (didn’t get his name) and night time manager Dakota were great at helping set everything up and were super nice. Amazing time all around!!
