Absolutely do not get extensions here. I had one of the worst salon experiences of my life. The extensions I received completely damaged my hair -- the bonds started falling out within days, taking chunks of my natural hair with them. I reached out to the salon immediately, even offered to send the hair back and provided photos of the damage. Despite all this, the owner refused to issue a refund. I had no choice but to dispute the charge through my credit card -- and shockingly, they fought it by lying and claiming I never even contacted them. Completely shady and dishonest. I should have known something was wrong when she first started to do my hair her k tip tool exploded and electrocuted her. She tried to play it off. When I really took a look at what she was using it looked like it was a tool from the 80s. She then pulled out another old janked one out of dusty old cabinet in the corner of the room. But I really wanted my hair done so continued because the reviews were good. But I should have listened to my gut. I trusted them with my hair, spent a lot of money, and ended up with ruined hair and no accountability on their end. i'm still experiencing issues 3 months later. Please learn from my experience and stay far away. I attached A photo of what my 24 inch KT extensions looked like after a week. The pictures of my scalp are not easy to see so i'd rather now share it.
I came in for a wash and blowout which was amazing at a decent price. They do offer other things however and have a great selection of extensions if anyone is looking for that.
By far the best, I’m so grateful for every single person in this Salon they have restored my self-confidence in more ways than one. They are extremely knowledgeable, caring and considerate of your personal desires as well. I have been loyal to them ever since I started around a year ago and I’m going to continue with them. I am so grateful you’re not gonna regret it. I promise. I will add photos soon. Even underneath the extensions, my hair has gotten healthier and his grown because I’ve actually listened to their opinions as well. I’m telling you straight up it’s an investment and it’s worth it
Absolutely love my hair extensions 😍 everyone here works as a team. They take such great care of their customers and make you feel welcomed! I knew nothing about hair extensions and they did amazing guiding me and picking my hair out which was a breeze. Originally, i stepped in to get my nails done but ended up with new hair too! This is definitely one of the best places to get extensions done, I have been coming here for about half a year and my hair has never looked better! My hair always comes out looking healthy and super natural. Every time I come the service is excellent and the staff is very friendly and great with hair. So if you’re looking to get extensions this is definitely a very good place to come to!:)
