Eric’s sculpt and flow class is THE best yoga class I’ve taken in Las Vegas. I came from CLT and they had amazing yoga studios, well, this one reminded me exactly of that one back in NC. He kept a consistent upbeat tone, he was positive, he was promoting confidence. If yall want to take a class that kicks your ass but leaves you feeling happier take Eric’s class. 12/10.
This place is terrific. Recently joined up and I'm glad I did. Everyone has been warm and welcoming. They offer a variety of classes to meet differing needs/levels. Clean, spacious studio and friendly classmates. 11/10 - highly recommend.
I’ve been taking YogaSix classes for about two months now, and I’ve tried four out of their six different styles. Each class is unique and serves its own purpose depending on how your body feels that day. When I have more energy, I love joining Hot Yoga or Power Flow — the intensity feels amazing. The instructors are all very knowledgeable, attentive, and quick to help correct your poses when needed. It only took me one class to get used to the flow, and now it feels natural. On my busier workdays, I’ll take their more restorative classes to stretch and meditate. The vibe in the studio is always calm and relaxing — I’ve even almost fallen asleep a few times because I felt so comfortable! I truly enjoy every class and can’t wait to try all six of their formats. YogaSix has become one of my favorite parts of the week.
I tried YogaSix for the first time and was welcomed in with open arms! The instructor and front desk staff were so helpful and kind, and I felt right at home. Cecilia taught with great energy and positivity, and she gave plenty of modifications to make everyone feel comfortable in class. I left class feeling so restored. I will definitely be back!
My first class at Yoga six was really nice. Warm, friendly atmosphere. Our instructor Chris was really good. I felt that he was very approachable, and felt at ease with being able to ask for assistance. This was a hot yoga class. I felt that the temperature eas was easy to handle. I have signed up for more classes and looking forward to continuing to improve my posture and strength.
