Soooo yummy! They have so many different and good flavors and the yogurt mochi is great. It’s also very affordable
Staffs here are very nice! Seems they do care what they're doing! Only one thing about yogurtland is that yogurt iceam flavors sometimes it tasted bland, less thangy, more vanilla-ish. Especially the original one. It's a yogurt-ice cream. It needs to be taste like one. People say Pinkberry (The OG but most of them are gone lol) still does it better on the original flavor. Hope yogurtland can keep up the taste and quality and stays last!
So I came back recently, and tried to give this Yogurtland location another chance. Honestly? Still not much has changed. The only real “change” I see is that there are 2 new women working at this location. I guess they fired the 2 former Spanish male worker guys (both those guys had terrible attitudes). So now there’s one new Asian lady, and one new Spanish lady. The Asian lady doesn’t give me toOo bad of an attitude…. she gives “decent” customer service. Nothing THAT impressive, just decent, at best. And this new Spanish lady, got all kinds of bad attitude. I remember coming back to the register to ask for additional sample cups (cuz she literally was so “exact” first time around and gave me just 2 tiny sample cups). When I asked for a few more sample cups, to simply test out their yogurt selection, she literally rolled her eyes, gasped out extra air out her mouth, and practically shoved the small sample cups at me, like “Here!”. Needless to say, that just lowered my desire to wanna come back here again, and waste anymore of my money on this place. And they still need to add more variety to their yogurt selection. Here’s my brutally honest review (from MY OWN experience) of going to this Yogurtland location. First off…. A lot of people tend to go to this location MAINLY cuz it’s “conveniently” located centrally, to a lot of other cool spots nearby. THAT being said… I believe more people would go elsewhere for some delicious ice cream/yogurt, if there were other better locations nearby, or within walking distance. Why? Cuz (honestly) the service here is NOT that great. They tend to be “stingy” and “uptight” about starting with “sample cups” in order to sample the yogurt, and that’s not cool. People WANT to be able to TASTE and know WHAT they are getting, BEFORE they get it. They also tend to stick with the same boring types of yogurt. They do not often switch it up and make it more fun and interesting…. the way they could. Also the “toppings” self-serve section, tends to be scattered and messy… and not “appetizing” to the eyes sometimes. Cuz some of the toppings are mixed into the other toppings.. and it’s just messy at times. The toppings supply is also limited. They could add more toppings for variety. Especially near closing time… the limited staff there, gets terribly lazy, about refilling the yogurt machines, for the last few customers WANTING to buy and purchase some yogurt. I encountered a bad attitude from one of the staff members there (short stubby spanish guy who wears a face mask), and he basically kept referring to me as “buddy” and “bro” and “boss” instead of *Sir* (I do not appreciate that) I am a 40 something yr old Man, and expect to be shown RESPECT as a Man, first and foremost, when I am doing business with someone. That respect for me begins by addressing me as “Sir”. And not “bro”. The manager needs to make his/her staff aware of such things, and do better with training your staff. I do not like the very limited parking…. It’s a very tight space parking lot. And people often get impatient and into fights, just trying to search for a good parking spot. It’s near a Ralph’s grocery, a CVS pharmacy, a Trader Joe’s. The Grove mall isn’t too far from it, and the Hollywood Walk of Fame, is not too far from it. Again… it’s centrally located near a lot of “good stuff” and that’s why I think people tend to go to this Yogurtland… cuz it HAPPENS to be in the area. I think if other Yogurtland type options were available? People would flock to other locations. Overall? It’s an “OK” halfway decent spot…. Not toOo bad… not toOo good either. Again, there ARE better options… you might have to drive around a bit… but there ARE better options.
Yogurtland is the best option for frozen yogurt, with the most flavors and toppings to create the perfect snack just for your tastes. They have a foundation of staple flavors like vanilla and strawberry, but also rotate out trendy flavors every couple weeks to a month. Over the past couple months I’ve seen Thai iced tea, boba milk tea, Irish mint, strawberries and cream, and lemon sorbet. I also suggest using the Yogurtland app for rewards points that become free yogurt later on (maybe $5 for every $25). This location is pretty small and quiet. The staff is very chill and get the job done 👍
Our favorite place to go to when we want really good frozen yogurt. A lot of flavors to choose from, and great toppings. (My favorite is the mango pearls) easy to park in front of the shop.
